Went to Coco on a Friday around 4 or so for a gel manicure and pedicure. It was nice that the manager fit me in..My pedicure was ok. I was not happy as I paid extra for callus remover and still had callouses after I was done with the pedicure. He said I had to come back to do it again as the callous was to hard. Mind you I am a working person with a full time job and yes I walk around barefoot with my grandchild and go barefoot on grassy areas so yes it stains ......He acted like I had a disease. Not very friendly at all and he was just to tired to work on the callous..Next I had a gel manicure which turned out really nice but it took forever like it was being done in slow motion. I also had a 10 minute massage..The cost for all of this was $75.00 as well as another $20.00 for tipping 3 separate people. NO I will not ever be going back. Not everyone can go to the nail salon on a regular basis they are to snobby for me as many around this area are like that. Shame on them I am a nice person, very clean and an excellent tipper. Their loss not mine..

I always get an excellent job but the owner is always cold and keeps her head down when she addresses customers. She acts as if you’re bothering her, it’s very odd behavior. But needless to say, I always get a lovely job done by the other nail techs.

So clean & they always do a beautiful job.
I go every other week consistently and do the gel manicure & pedicure.

I love coco nails, it's my favorite! they do an amazing and awesome nails every time I go there! They are very nice and are hard working. They also have beautiful nail colors to choose from!😃❤️💖💕

I have been to Coco Nails several times, and have always noticed this happening, but now it happened to me. I was there for a gel mani and pedi and had my pedicure, and beginning my manicure, She told me the other customer had an appointment. I had an appointment 1 hr earlier. I was left waiting for a while. When I asked how long it would be, she rudely responded to wait. There are a lot of nail places and you need to treat your customers properly. I paid for the pedicure and I WILL NEVER RETURN TO KISS COCO'S NAILS!
