They were nice the first couple of times I went. After that they would always roll their eyes at me if I told them to fix something. Today I went because last week I got a gel manicure and the lady didn't do my left hand correctly and now my nails are breaking and chipping, I told the owner and she basically started yelling at me saying it's been past two weeks and I'll have to pay 25 dollars again. Horrible, rude people.

After trying every salon in Hartford county I have finally found this place where my nails are perfect every time ! I will never go to another nail salon as long as they are in business.

I've been going to this salon since I was nine years old with my mother. The owner has always remained steadfast in her commitment to her customers. Many of the folks who worked for her years ago now have their own shops established. I've remained a loyal customer for almost twenty years, and the quality of service I receive at this shop sets the standard for salons when I am out of the area.

I think the one star is too much. I arrived at 7:10 for a manicure and the lady in the salon said I could only get eyebrows done.... according to their website, they close at 8. Maybe they should adjust the times on their website.
