Pure Polish is always absolutely amazing. The owner Nikkie never disappoints with the quality of her work, and every employee I have met there has been friendly and professional.

I came in for a pedicure with gel and a fill with acrylic and gel. I asked for milky white. You can see my toes and my nails are not the same. Although the person who did my pedicure told my nail tech what color she used, he thought it was not necessary and you can tell that the results are not similar. You can also see application flaws on both. For $100+ I expect better. That’s just me though. The pedicure also did not include a massage. My nail tech was Allen, I’m not sure about who did my pedicure.

Broke my nail and called for a Acrylic repair, instead I received a dip. I tried to show my other nails were acrylic and she insisted. In the end she realized she should have done a Acrylic repair. I have one dip and the rest Acrylic. The most frustrating was she did not try to fix her problem. By that time she wanted to do a dip and I gently refused any dip color. Just frustrated. I just wanted a simple repair. Went to another wonderful nail repair and they fixed their problem. Never will return to Pure Polish. **Response to your comment from the owner. I was there I can prove it with my receipt I paid that same day. You have my phone number in your roster with your receptionist as well, because phone numbers is what you request. Thank you.

Super relaxed atmosphere. Ashley did my nails exactly as I asked. Really clean and friendly staff
