I have been going here for years and the people that used to own it was great but now👎these people are horrible the lady that do lashes did my dipped powder and she cut my middle finger they were rushing and still had a hr and a half till closing time with bad attitudes and on top of that they took the free hot wax away i am never going back and if you see they are slow on sat. that's why. Just stick to your own shop

I usually come here often and sit in chair 6. I don’t know if they were having a bad day but me and my little sister went there and they started on our hands and feet. They kept burning up with the tools they were using to the point I was bleeding on a finger. Then when it came to painting my nails I was not satisfied with what I received. My nails did not look like the display and he said it wasn’t going to look like that. So I asked why have it on the display looking one way if it’s not gonna look like that when you do it on other people nails. I went to all three techs and the two ladies had attitudes and told me I had to pay $45 for the service. I refused to pay and they locked me in the building even tho my sister paid for her lumpy uneven nails. I called 911 and the lady kept pushing me. I never laid a hand on her. She got mad that I wouldn’t pay and she swung on me and ended up hitting my little sister. I will never go there again and I see why their shop is always empty.

This was my first and last visit. I only went because my regular shop was busy, I stopped here to get a refill and polish change on my toes. That was a huge mistake, not only were services overpriced, they used watered down gel polish. I saw the tech putting acetone in the bottle after she polished my toes and from the way my feet and hands looked after a few days I believe she always dilutes the polish.
Please don't waste your precious time and hard earned money here.

Not happy with the new workers. Old workers up and left. My eye brow girl gone and we knew nothing. Dont know where they went. This is where i went esp for my eye brows. No one does my brows the way she did. Then the guy when he does my nails when the get old they pop right off. Then he is rough. Then when i got a female to do my most recent nails she nipped me with the nail clippers. I miss the old crew. But at least my nails arent popping off. If i go back i wont go to the guy.

This is my 1st time here and I am very picky and will leave if service is bad...well, Don did my nails and even tho he has this weird thing he does while doing ur nails it's like he conducting a symphony with how he handles ur hand & the file, the stroking of the polish is all done as if he's...has music playing in his mind!!!
I enjoyed it!!
