Went in for a gel manicure which is usually $25 I asked for white polish and when paying was changed $35 because “white polish costs more” what the fu$k... you should have informed me of this when I asked for white and I have NEVER heard of this in my life... obviously will not be returning

Never going back. Me and sister had a reservation. She sat for 20 mins next to me and left. Asked about a back rub while toes were drying and was told the person was busy. Place has gone downhill

Do NOT go here. Went around 5:30 for a mani pedi. When I entered the manager didn't even look up or say hello. It took a minute or two for one of the 4 unoccupied employees to speak to me. There were 3 other women there and maybe a total of 6 employees working. The chair they asked me to sit down in already had water in it. I asked the girl to change the water, and she did not understand me. Finally, a woman also waiting to receive a pedicure tells me that their pipes broke and so they were filling up water in the back and dumping it into the foot baths. She let me know my water was new... but then it was freezing! I had to wait at least 20 mins for the pedicure to begin and the bath wasn't working so it was luke warm water maybe up to my ankles. Once this was finished we went to go my nails and I had to ask the girl to change the paper towel, which still had cuticles from the previous patron all over it. Half way through the manicure she jolted up, profusely sweating and red in the face with her hand over her mouth to vomit in the back. She immediately returned and continued doing my nails - not saying anything. I don't even know why I gave them a second chance after they cut open my mother's toe and then tried to charge her full price for the service. BAD BUSINESS ALL AROUND
