I usually love going to lovely nails because they’ve always had great service but it seems like the past 3 times I’ve been they have gone down hill. My friend and I went today and we waited an 1 hour and a half just to get manicures. When it finally was time for me to get my nails done they couldn’t decide where to put me so they made me move seats 2 different times and when the lady finally started doing my nails she was rough and rude and did a careless job. I got gel nails and they are lumpy and look really bad. Not to mention did she cut the sides of my fingers and got gel all over the sides. I’m so disappointed and I will not be going back.

Not only do they scream at you but tell you that you deserve being screamed at! Additionally, was charged for a service that was not performed! Very disappointed with customer service and end product! Please spend your money in a place that treats people like humans and not dogs.

I don’t know if the guy doing my nails was new or what but it seemed like he had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He almost forgot a step while doing my right hand that I saw him do on the left hand, in fact that step wouldn’t have even happened if this other lady didn’t point it out. I don’t appreciate paying for professionally done nails and having to go home and file or scrub stuff off the side of my nails. I don’t plan on returning.

They change their prices everytime i go and i always have a long wait even when i call ahead for appointment. They let the money go to their heads and their customer service has went down the drain. They are always rushing and very rude now. I use to love this place and would only go here but looks like ill be finding a new salon.

I was visiting the area and the ladies here were so nice!!! They got me a gel mani/pedi and I was out within an hour! Also, they played a very cool variety of music. All in all, it was extremely relaxing. Good job, and thank you!!!
