I have seen Ken for the past two months and every single time I am blown away with his work. He is an excellent nail tech with a good eye and attention to detail. His creativity and his artistic skills out do every other nail tech that I’ve been to. I get long stiletto nails and every single time he makes them so stunning that I myself have to take a breath. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ken for any of your nail appointments! He is a master at his craft and will satisfy your nail fantasies !! 5 stars for sure !! Book with him NOW!

I really hate writing this review because my first experience was amazing. It actually made me want to come back and get my nails done on a regular basis. My second time was a nightmare. I took my daughter to get gel nails in hopes to help her stop biting her nails. I asked before I brought her about it and the techs said they could help. She did a dip powder and unfortunately those didn't last 48hrs so they offered to fix it. I asked for Ken (he's really good) but he wasn't available so they recommended Chin. He was very nice and he worked hard but he did a terrible job on both me and my daughters nails. My daughter's nails were super thick and they're curling back even though they were super short. The nails weren't straight and they were bubbly. I asked about it and they assured me this was normal. They started to dent because he didn't have them under the light long enough after we left. My nails, I didn't get the correct color, shape, or design I asked for. He also drilled past our cuticle and removed some skin. We both bled a little and our hands are burning every time we wash them.
I told the manager I was not happy and he apologized. I left feeling so defeated. I just cried in my car. My friend who's a regular called the management and demanded they fix this terrible job. The manager filed down my daughter's nails but they still curl backwards. He changed the color to the color I asked for in first place but didn't ask me what design I wanted and just assumed I wanted a plane solid color (which I did not want). I just wanted to go home after 6hrs. I tried to not be so upset but it was just a bad experience. I paid $200 including the tip for what was supposed to be a pampered experience and left so unsatisfied. I went to another shop and paid to have the nails removed. That's not good customer service for a luxury. There are a couple of talented techs there but if you don't know who, you might end up with someone who still mess you up. Not a gamble I'm willing to take.

Ken is the absolute best!! Took his time on my nails and he is the first person ever to get the correct shape my nails always needed! Never been 100% happier before no matter where I went or how much I payed I always had to go home and fix something myself.He nailed it on my 1st visit so I will forever recommend this place.

I followed Linda from a previous salon . She pays attention to detail , very professional, and always exceeds my expectations. We stayed until close yet never once felt rushed in any way shape or form . If you need a new nail tech I 100% recommend Linda you’ll leave ecstatic every time and she’s just as happy for you . Thank you so much Linda !!

Ask for Linda! She really goes the extra mile to do nothing but the best and highest quality work. I’m sooo happy and satisfied with my nails (which is rare because I’m really picky) lol. I’ll only be going to her from now on!
