Awful experience. He didn't know how to properly shape nails, and when I asked him to fix it he just just rolled his eyes and said he was going to take them off, and to go somewhere else. Very rude and I would give them zero stars if I could.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! I stopped by to get a gel nail fill. The gal that did mine did not speak to me at all while she was doing my nails. she spent most of the time looking around and burned me a couple of times.....didn't even apologize! I asked twice for her to shorten them which she did not do. When it came time to pay she took my card, smiled at me and asked "how much tip?" Seriously?? Also just noticed that she over charged me for the fill!!!
I guessed I should have known by how empty and dirty the place was that it was not a good idea.

Chanel is an incredible masseuse. She has a wonderful personality and her technique is the best. She found trigger points and blockages I didn't even know I had and I've had many massages. My husband had 2 massages during our weekend and we both agree we'd go back to Palm Desert just for her treatments.

Had two very nice mani pedi's prior to my last visit and then I got a new gal who destroyed my cuticles and painted over my skin. I literaly had a small rock painted into one of my toes. When I got home and put my glasses on I returned to the salon where the owner refused to repaint my nails or give me a refund. He said he would repaint "one" finger nail and "one" toe nail?! ridiculous! Very rude to me. He should have used the experience to build his customer base by giving me 15 minutes of there time to repaint my nails and realize his new employee needed further training. He made quite the scene and I will never go back. I have pictures if anyone wants to see!

I bought the Desert Deal of the Day coupon from them. It was for a gel manicure. The owner did it in 15 min. She didn't even give me a proper manicure, no filing or trimming cuticles. The owner is very rude, the nail salon is dirty and beat up. I will never go back.
