I work at Laguna Nails& spa and it would be much appreciated if anybody who has a problem with there service to please speak up while you are here so we can fix the issue. We employees as well as our boss want you to have a nice experience and leave 100% satisfied. Thanks in Advance.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Awful service awful job! Dirty! Unprofessional! Overpriced ! Went to get a pedicure and gel acrylics... the pedicure the lady didn’t do any scrub/ massage/ didn’t grate my heels and when asked she said she forgot.... through answering and talking on her phone. Also my massage on my chair was broke off so no massage and when i started pedicure the water was ice cold . While I’m getting a pedicure another lady begins to do my manicure making me 30weeks pregnant stretch awkwardly off the side... chops off my real nails which was fine since I wanted a full set but then says she has time to do only gel polish.... I called ahead of time and made appointment so I had enough time. So regular polish on toes and gel only not a set and was charged $60. This was my bday gift from my boyfriend for my to have cute nails for my baby shower the next day. Highly disappointed and upset. Not to mention how one of the workers blew up the bathroom and it was made known throughout the whole shop.

This was our first time at this salon and we will not be going back. A young lady came in with a recently purchased gift card and the new owner was unprofessional and would not honor it in any way. My daughter and I asked for shellac and the owners wife did not listen and did dipping instead with filing my nails almost all the way down roughly. Did not explain cost prior. Will never go back.

Change nail color was a lot for money never paided 25.00 dollars in my life time for that the nails we're good and she was nice

I have gone here many times and my manicure/pedicure is different every time. I have had someone clean my big toe nail and it felt like my nail lifted from the bed. It was sore for months. Also, I came across a gift certificate that I had forgotten about and they wouldn't accept it because it was over a year old. What's the difference? Someone DID pay for it no matter how old it is.
