The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the 2 people I interacted with were polite and all of the extras you get were great. But the haircut was disappointing and I left unsatisfied.
I went in the salon 2 weeks ago to make a donation haircut. When I called to make the appointment back in April I was offered a stylist or a master stylist I believe. I said I wanted to make a donation cut and just have some layers added in, and I was assured the stylist would be able to handle my request as she had done several donation cuts previously.
Let me make it clear that the stylist was more than nice, as was the gentleman who welcomed me into the salon. I had a great experience with everything except for my final cut. I told the stylist there were only 2 things I did not want, a bob (or lob) and for my length to be at my shoulders. And I ended up with a lob that sits at my shoulders. The bottom of my hair is not even and the only layer I can see doesn't go all the way through my hair and is also not even. I have had several people point out that the cut isn't even and its weird how the bulk of my hair just stacks up on my neck.
I waited a week before contacting the salon to find out how to rectify the situation from their contact page and it has been a little over a week with no response. No email, no phone call, nothing. That is why I waited to post my review. So while it was a nice experience for the most part, I left with a cut that I did not ask for and wasn't finished properly.

Wonderful professionals, my husband and I are always more than pleased with their work and our relaxing experience at the salon. Nicole is our hairstylist.

Really great overall experience and cut by Maylin! She asked me a lot of questions along the way and educated about how to style my hair type. I feel like I learned a lot and walked away with very healthy hair, with a cut that actually works for my lifestyle. Would recommend!

I left the salon after 4 hours with blue/green tinted hair (it was supposed to be blonde), uneven face-framing layers, and roots that look the same - all of this the day before Christmas Eve. I got my hair done so I could look great for the holidays, not so the "gray-tinted toner" (which she told be about only after applying it) would "fade in a week". Worst experience I have ever had.

Love to get my hair done here, the product line is amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
