Jay Brasher, the owner, has been doing my hair for over 20 years. I currently live in the greater DC Metro Area in Maryland. I often get compliments on my color and cut. I return To Jay and don’t seek a new stylist because he knows his craft. He constantly seeks to expand his knowledge not only of his craft, but of the human body to help people understand changes in their hair.
As for the atmosphere at The salon, it Is like family and always exciting and fun.

I love Great Expectations! They make it a priority for their customers to feel at home & their services are phenomenal! (Theyve each had their clientele for 20 years!!!) I'd trust any of them with doing my hair. I'll never consider going anywhere else, my expectations now are just too great ;)

$20 for an induction cut? Ridiculous. Also it's cramped as can be in there. I didn't much care for having old ladies glare me down like I didn't belong. I just want my hair cut.
