Went for manicure and pedicure on friday the 6th and by Wednesday the 11th the gel polish was already peeling off my fingernails. The older guy that did my manicure did nothing to my cuticles, he just massaged only one hand, and like I said the gel polish is coming off so bad. All he seemed talking about was politics and my ring and how he needs to retire. As we speak and as of last Friday just a week after I did my nail some of them have peeled off completely 😟😞. Definitely never going back. I'd rather drive to maple grove or Plymouth for my regular shops.

I came in today with a friend and we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. Okay, no problem. Over a half hour goes by and multiple people walked in and were helped before we were. My friend and I wanted to be seated together for pedicures and manicures. Pedicures went okay, but the time management on the employees parts was horrible. My friend and I were separated as no one thought to have her gel polish removal going on during her pedi, even though she told them that's what she wanted to happen due to time constraint. I didn't receive a manicure after my pedi; instead I was hastily rushed through a poor powder application. I still have stray color all over my fingers and my cuticles were TERRIBLE. Not one attempt was made to clean them up until I asked why I didn't get the mani I asked for. I was told they "don't usually do mani's with powder applications." Why then, I was not informed of this at the door when I requested it?? Another girl stepped in to complete a "manicure" after the powder polish was done, which consisted of a 3 minute soak and a bad cuticle clean up. I insisted that we would not be paying for a manicure as I really didn't receive one. My friend and I were really looking forward to being pampered and relaxing together. Instead we were rushed on everything, separated so we barely had time to chat, and then given poor excuses when given the option to fix things. I'll have to go to another salon to have them fix what was done today. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going back; complete waste of 2.5 hours and a good deal of money.

I loved this place. They got me in right away on a Saturday. Very gentle with my nails. Always asked if what she was doing was to my liking. I went back an hr later after I noticed one nail was a little too long and even tho they were all quite busy, they found a way to fix me up. I am extreamly pleased.

Annette and T are AWESOME!! My experience has been nothing, but GREAT! I guess that's why I keep going back. 😊
