I've been coming to this place for YEARS FAITHFULLY for Jenny to wax my eyebrows. She does a fantastic job waxing and lots of people come to see her specifically. She is the eyebrow queen. I came by Saturday to get my eyebrows done as usual, and she was giving a little boy a pedicure, as she finished she cleaned the foot tub and came to me to wax my brows. (Mind you i have been watching her since she was working on the little boy) I asked her to wash her hands because I only seen her rinse out the foot tub and she got offended and told me she washed her hands at the foot sink.. after she finished her rant, she went to the bathroom quickly rinsed her hands with water and came back to do my eyebrows.. I immediately walked out and haven't looked back since.. now as i look back on the many times I've gotten my brows done, they use the SAME wooden stick on everyone to apply the wax and she does not wash her hands between eyebrow clients either. She goes from face to face with the same wax stick, and same dirty hands. Every time i leave I always got a rash that lasts 1-2 days and i thought it was because of my sensitive skin but its their lack of hygiene.. currently in search of a new eyebrow queen🤷♀️

I love it here. The prices are awesome. I've been coming here for 6+ years. The owners, Jenny and her husband are super nice and will remember you!! That's what I love. Jenny does a super nice job on waxing eyebrows and her husband is my favorite for my nails, but yes everyone does a phenomenal job.
Yes it's in a sketchy neighborhood, parking is always packed, sometimes the wait time is ridiculous but I wouldn't change Q Nails for anywhere else.

MAY 26, 2018 CAME TO GET TO GET A NO CHIP FULL IN AND ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES GOT MAD BECAUSE I ASKED HER DID SHE HAVE A CERTAIN COLOR!!!!

No chip nail polish all over my skin. Very poor job by the male worker whom wears glasses. And the owner didn’t bother to fix the problem.

Absolutely horrible dirty place, when they gave me a pedicure I was so discussed .They didn’t even put a bag on the tubs of the pedicures . The tools they used weren’t from a new package. They are using dirty things for multiple customers . All the places that I go to use clean tools from a new package , puts a bag over the little tub . Not clean at all I don’t recommend.
