I stopped going to this place because they’re more concerned with making money, nails are not being done correctly. The goal should be to keep they’re clients happy and satisfied but it’s not.. The first time I went to the salon, a nail tech by the name of baby did my nails and I was very impressed. After that it’s been complete down hill for me. Baby is always booked, and if I call to make an appointment. I’m told by the manager there’s no appointments. That it’s first come first serve basis. The money isn’t the issue for me. I have no problem paying for good work and service but my nails have to be done to my liking.

Nails are cute but I paid $122 $42 for gel pedi and $80 for nails this job isn’t worth the price I paid. It’s only been 24hrs and my nail is splitting idk why or how. And there are numerous bubbles spot. I would
Of been better off going to 125th. Save your money and find a better spot.

Please save your time and look for other establishments in the Bronx that care about quality. I went in for SNS gel manicure and was horrified. I went here regularly but my favorite nail tech left but I decided to give one more try. DO NOT get your SNS gel done by Philip. It WILL BE RUSHED, not shaped properly, and you’ll be left disappointed. I do not know why they hire staff that do not know how to do nails, or why staff aren’t honest in their ability to do certain jobs. Luckily, a woman came and fixed his mess. The urge for money over quality is very dominant in this establishment and from seeing the reviews it is a common theme. If you find someone good there stick with them, or else you’re running a high risk of disappointment.

**DONT GO HERE**
My sister got a toe infection from receiving a pedicure at this establishment. THIS PLACE DOES NOT PROPERLY STERILIZE THEIR EQUIPMENT NOR DO THEY MAINTAIN APPROPRIATE SAFETY REGULATIONS! But if you must, bring your own instruments.

The first time I went to Victoria’s Nails & Spa, I had a great experience. The spa pedicure was excellent. I might consider returning to get a spa pedicure from Peter. My manicure was great. Beautifully done. A little pricey but when I was very satisfied.
My second visit was not as great. The guy who did my nails rushed. He did not clean up the cuticles, did not even rub lotion on my hands. I left with nice gel nails but three days later they started chipping. It did not even last a week. I paid $72 just for the nails on my hands. Pricey and it was not worth it.
Based on the 2nd visit, I wont be returning. I do not want to pay high prices without knowing that I will get 100% excellent service.
