This salon is under new management as of March 2018 - so glad I gave this place another chance! The shop is clean and brighter. The new owners are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and committed to the most sanitary nail experience. My new nail salon in the Wells Branch area.

Clearly I should have been more aware of my surroundings, considering I was in the salon for almost 2 hours to have SNS powder redone on my nails and not one other person was in the salon the whole 2 hours I was there. The lady that did my nails filed my nails so hard she cut 4 of my fingers. My completed nails look two weeks old. HORRIBLE job. Please don’t waste your money here. Find another nail salon. You will leave disappointed if you decide to waste your money here. FYI they had a sign over their store saying under new management.

Very Bad , I went a few times an had to explain how I wanted them done An the lady would catch an attitude when I was telling her , I recently just came from there cause she was doing them wrong an asked her to start over An she started speaking and yelling in her language , so I just got up an left !! Never Going back

I have been going to City Hair and Nails for the past 3+ years. Michelle was the best hair cutter ever.... 5 stars.
Sadly, she recently sold the business to another lady and today I tried the new owner/hair cutter. Bad experience is an understatement! When she was finished, I looked at my hair and it was all gapped up. Total mess. Sadly, the lady did not even acknowledge or seem to understand the situation. I repeatedly ask if she was the hair dresser on the license, Xuan Nguyen and she said yes. I am not so sure she was honest and the picture was of a much younger woman.
I went just down the street and stopped by another shop and hair cutter. The lady at the next establishment said since the new owner took over at City, there has been a flock of customers coming in to fix her mistakes.
She said the only option to fix the deep gaps was to take the hair much shorter than usual. I am now almost bald but it's hair and it will grow back.
Beware if you dare..... I will never return!
