Dr. Hanh dieu is numbers one That I have ever seen and all peole in her office was very nice.I loved my Dr.hanh t alot of time and i like all people work in her office.thanks you very much DR.HANH T

Very unprofessional staff members and was unknowingly billed for services I did not ask for. This medical practice is just out for money from new customers so they desperately look for things to make money off and bill your insurance.

My husband has insomnia and has not slept in 48 hours. We came in to see Dr. Hanh this morning at 9 am and explained this situation to her. We paid our co pay , attended the visit and went to cvs to pick up the prescriptions. We are still sitting in the cvs parking lot awaiting the prescription to be called in AT 230 pm. We have called several times and have been told by the very rude receptionist the doctor can only call in prescriptions. NO ONE else can call in prescriptions. There are 3 other rude and incompetent staff members in the front that were unable to help as well. We have two pay double co pay and billed twice to insurance bc we are now on the way to the emergency room for the same medical reason we saw the doctor for this morning. Doctors should care more about their patients or just get out of the industry.

Doctor lied about the test she was doing, ran an unnecessary test that cost me extra and never did the test I needed. Never addressed my problem just prescribed a generic antibiotic and hoped it worked. Didn’t know she lied about the test until two weeks later when I called asking for results and was treated very poorly by the front desk girl. Told me I’d have to pay for another appointment to get the original test I asked for done!
Also, the front desk people are awful. Extremely rude, spent the whole time I was there bad mouthing an elderly patient who was there before me. Also never sent my paperwork to my new doctor, even though I went in and asked 3 times and was told they would do it every time. Save yourself the time and money - go somewhere else.

Dr. Nguyen is a professional and care doctor that we can hardly find now a day in the medical field. Despite of the busy daily schedule, Dr. Nguyen still followed our test report at night and contacted us to inform the result and recommended the next test and specialist. Her care and commitment has saved us a life in our family. May God Bless Dr. Nguyen.
