Loved the service. I have been coming to Natalie for decades. I used to visit her shop in Essex but then I found out, she's right behind my house! I was so happy, to know I would receive top notch service with a friendly face.

This experience was horrible. This one specific man tore my fingers up! Both sides of each finger are raw. He burned me at least 5 times with the machine and filing..they are so crooked and painted horribly and the cut and length is not how I asked to be done . He just did what he wanted. I am bleeding in 4 spots. he was yanking my hands everytime he need each one when I was obviously willing to give him my hand... I have never witnessed something like this in my life out of 20+ nail salons I have been to this is by far the worst one..I wouldn’t overall say that the whole salon is horrible but my experience was. I will not be going back.

Went to Tip Top Nails for the first time and I will definitely be going back. I got a great gel manicure by Natalie. She also suggested an eyebrow threading and tint. I'm very picky about my eyebrows, but I decided to go for it. So glad I did, they look awesome.

Natalie is awesome, you bring in a pic and she can make a design on your nail as good as the pic. If it's not her art she can't duplicate it but she can make it similar but her own design :)

I have went to this salon a few times. The first few times were ok service. I always felt my pedicure was rushed and Natalie the owner I would have to remind she forgot to do this or that. I looked passed it all and went back today. A lady started a gel pedicure on me. She was digging st the side of my toe so far up towards my cuticle it felt like she was cutting my toe off. There was not a need for that I do not have ingrown nails. I said ouch clearly multiple times and she still went on cutting away. Even the Spanish speaking nail tech looked over to see what was going on. I was patient until she cut me and I started to bleed and she didn’t even acknowledge or ask me if I was ok. I then asked for Natalie to finish my pedicure and nails. Natalie rushed the entire time and my nails looked terrible. She didn’t even clean them up. I left with paint on my skin and a cut finger. She then proceeded to charge me the full 92$ For my nails and toes... the price wasn’t my issue the service I received and he quality I received for the price is my issue. I will never ever return. They are more concerned with pushing customers in and out and harassing you to take pictures of your nails which is really awkward. Save yourself the headache of receiving unpredictable rushed service.
