Extremely happy with the experience and the quality of their job! My nails looked pretty for weeks, without any chips. Sam did my pedicure and manicure, who was very professional and pleasant to talk to. Definitely going back and requesting Sam again!

The nail tech hurt me & was very rude. I came in on a Saturday because my normal go to place was packed. When i got in no one really acknowledged me and there was a guy sort of supervising everyone. I’m assuming the top nail tech ( a older guy) did my nails. He scrapped my skin to the point where i started to bleed and had a very displeasing attitude towards me the entire time because I’m assuming the supervisor was laying into him prior to me coming in. Don’t take it out on the customers.

It is hit or miss. Every other pedicure I get a good person. Yesterday's visit led me to this review. I had an appointment at 5. I was on time. I had worked all day and was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure. The woman who greeted me is always nice and she told her staff member to work on me. The woman was putting things away as if she was done for the day and did not look happy when she was told do see me. She was nice to me but she rushed it. THE ENTIRE PEDICURE FROM START TO FINISH LASTED 15 MINUTES. 15 MINUTES. She put sugar scrub on, rubbed both legs for 2 minutes and quickly removed it. She put lotion on my legs, made a couple passes then done! SHE WAS IN A BIG HURRY! She didn't pumice my left heel, it's the worst. My nails were painted sloppy. One nail, she didn't even trim the cuticle, she just painted over it. Terrible. I left with sloppy, messy nails especially around cuticles and rougher bottoms of my feet than when I walked in. I paid and left. That's it. I'll find another place.
