Editing 2 days later: the gel overlay is peeling off 4 fingers so far. I am not sure what happened this time but I am super unhappy with my nails.
I am usually very happy when I come here…today was different. I wanted an ombré pink and white. Pretty easy. My nails are awful. they are all different size and shapes, looks like I did it at home by myself. I usually don’t complain but I am not satisfied at all. The tech also was very rough on my cuticles and I was bleeding on multiple fingers.

I truly love coming to this Salon. I have only lived here a short time and found these people wonderful,kind, friendly and helpful. Alex always does my nails. I have acrylic and always get designs on my nails. Alex is absolutely amazing. The owner Twee and the rest of her staff are very friendly
. It's a very clean salon and very calming and comfortable. I am so happy I found them. I recommend Nail Salon First and Spa.

I just got the worst manicure here. The woman went so fast, I don't know that I was with her even 10 minutes. She very quickly cleaned up around my cutices after barely pushing my cuticles back. She didn't take off the clear polish i hadd on and had to ask her to at the end and she didn't get it all off. As you can see my nails are still a mess. Buffed my nails all randomly. Very lightly filed careless. I would have done a clear gloss, but I asked for no polish because im going to have to go home and do my nails myself. I was going to come back tomorrow for a pedicure but I will be finding another salon.

I had the absolute worst experience at this place I came here bc my normal nail tech was out of the country. It was days before my birthday & my job was flying me to Houston for the work week & I needed my nails and toes done. I tried them out. Need less to say their service is horrible. Lisa & Flower work on me. Flower did the best she could. I’m an extremely picky person. But I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I told the nail text that my thumb nail was lifting & that I needed to be replaced instead she put some glue on it & painted over the issue. I spent 100$ when I got home that same thumb nail broke I called them immediately to let them know. The owner answered & told me to come back the next day at noon. I came back they told me they were busy & asked me to come back 3 hours later. I refused to leave. They made me wait 1hr & 30 minutes to fix one nail. The lady that fixed it was soooooooo aggressive. I’m over this salon I’m literally inside here now writing this review!!! Run from this place!!!

Always Excellent service. Everyone is very friendly. I’ve not had a bad experience and I go every 6 weeks for SNS and pedi! I’ve been a customer since they opened years ago Just an update. It’s still 5 stars in May 2024
