I'm very dissatisfied with the service i received at this nail salon, I wanted to have my acrylics removed and I waited to be helped and the lady was using a cuticle remover and a metro card to remove them, yanking them off and I asked her if she could soak them off she said " that it takes too long " then she continued to yank them off and it was very painful, then after she couldn't rip them off she only soaked three of my fingers and then I think the owner comes over and starts to do the same on my other hand with the cuticle remover and the metro card but she just has no mercy and just rips them off one by one, at this point I just was over it and wanted it to end, I asked how much it was and left. I didn't want anything else done.

Hit or miss.. sometimes I love their work, sometimes not so much.

They ripped my acrylics off instead of soaking them. They used a metrocard to take them off and there was rat poop everywhere. When I asked for a refund she said no refunds only store credit as if I’d ever want to go back to that dump. She ripped all my cuticles off and they were bleeding intensely. My nails turned out so fat because she layered 5 things: 3 layers of powder and 2 of gel. There are various dips and she even left acrylic all over my fingers. My fingers are in so much pain I had someone type this for me as I recited it. The woman doing my nails didn’t even know what she was doing so she tried mimicking what her coworker was doing. This is GARBAGE NEVER AGAIN AND ALL FOR 50 DOLLARS DONT GP THERE EVEEEEERRRR

Charge u for Everything!!!! SOMETIMES LAST FOR A MONTH Month sometimes it doesn't!

They were careless and rushing. Idk what her name was but my nails came out bad. They're tolerable until i go somewhere else. The paint is messy on the tips. One side is longer than the other. I told her to make it shorter and she said no no no ur nail fine and i was honestly just like w.e. one nail is crooked, honestly. Only my thumbs came out good. Won't be going back and would never recommend to anyone. The colors are nice and the price is good but u literally get what u paid for.
