I would recommend seeing sandy. I appreciate the attention to detail, she shapes the nail flawlessly, the thickness and curvature is always done to perfection. I drive way across town just get my nails done here and its worth it !

If they are busy, they'll rush through your nails. If you complain, they'll speak in their language about you. Lee does great nails and his wife Cindy is friendly and nice.

I walked in to get a pedicure around 10:30am and Tina was my nail tech/specialist. She was great. I used to have my go-to nail girl when I lived back in NY. After moving here, I have gone place to place to find my new go-to and I finally found her. She takes her time, is friendly, easy to talk to, and does a great job with her work. So glad I visited and will be a regular!

The place is decent and convenient, it could be a bit cleaner. My nail tech was a nice guy. My issue is that I came to this place on a Saturday to get a basic gel set on my nails and a pedi which cost $48.00. By the time Thursday and Friday came around, my nails had completely started cracking and smudging. I called on that Friday and let them know what was going on with my nails and they simply stated “Come back tomorrow (Saturday; a whole week later) and we will redo. Unfortunately, I could not get my nails redone due to timing constraints. I came in the salon that Monday (at this point, it’s a week and a couple of days). I spoke with a young lady and showed her my nails. She immediately began stating “Oh this is a stain from putting your hands in your hair, hair dye cane change the color....” My hair has been braided into a style and had been since I came in the store the first time; I think the young lady saw two different colors in my hair and assumed that I may have gotten dye on the nails however, you don’t dye synthetic braiding hair. I showed her the images which had Fridays date and I explained the to the young lady that I didn’t put my hands in my hair that that these are braids so there is no need to do that. She stated “well I can redo them for you”. I stated that I am choosing to decline that option due to my time constraints and I’d like a refund for the nails. The young lady stated the the owners where out of the salon and since they aren’t there she couldn’t issue me a refund. She also stated that my “nails are weak and when they bend it causes the gel to crack” (a couple are which is why I got gel so I wouldn’t get acrylic) I explained to her that my nails aren’t weak enough to cause this amount of damage to my nails in a weeks time. I have had gel sets before, I paint, cook, clean, etc and this has never happened. A refund is a simple fix to this incident especially being as though I couldn’t stay to get the nails fixed. I asked this young lady when the owners would be returning, she stated they wouldn’t be coming back for a month because the owners are out of country. This young lady denied me my refund for this service and accused me of causing damage to them. This sucks because the salon is very convenient and my toes came out pretty good. But I will be reporting this salon for this incident to have this salon investigated. I am not sure why I couldn’t simply get refunded for the nails and how the owner was the only person able to issue it and they just so happened to be gone for a month but that is suspicious especially when several employees where present when I spoke with this young lady. I’ll be posting my images of my nails from the Friday date to current. Lastly, this salon may also have a discrimination issue. When I was in the salon a woman not of color was able to receive a refund which is what prompted me to ask for one in the first place thinking I’d get similar service. I will not be going back to this salon, I’ll be sure to take my money to Triangle Malls Salon which only cost $35 for what I got here and it will last 2 weeks or more with no cracks. My FIRST and last time going to it. So disappointed 😔

TERRIBLE SERVICE ! My girlfriend was highly disappointed in the customer service from stylist Lee! VERY RUDE !! Didn't seem very friendly AT ALL. Her nail polish starting coming off within 2 hrs. of getting them done. Horrible Place to go! If you want flawless nails go to LUSH BAR NAILS ON WAKE FOREST RD. Their service is so much more classier. Half of the colors they didn't have and the polish they do have is OLD. (GEL) Save your money & Time! When I kindly explained to him about my nails, he started talking in their language,, which I knew they were talking about me. I just think this is POOR POOR POOR Service. You don't treat people like that! If you work hard for your money like I do PLEASE DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! WE have to stand for GREAT Customer Service & not tolerate when people don't appreciate your business. GOD BLESS !
