Finally a nail shop with good customer service and they do a Great job! Hopefully they stay that way but I love this place!

So the first time I came here I had a decent experience with just a pedicure. It wasn't perfect looking but was worth how cheap it was.
The second time sucked. I got a mani pedi for $30. The Mani was horrible I had clear polish and my nail length was inconsistent and could see my nails actually looked dirty underneath because she left all the skin she loosened.
The pedi shape was weird and diagnal which I thought was just old school at the time. Then my nails started growing out. Horrible ingrown toenails and I realized she shaped my nails like that bc she broke off my nails but clipping them wrong but covered under layers of polish. I went to beauty school and I honestly don't think all these ladies have their licenses or training. When they bust out a cheese grater that's the first sign.
I like the fact that it's cheap bc I like to be able to tipgood for a good job. But I'm not wasting $$ on something I can do better at home. Maybe I just got the wrong girls, who knows.

Worst place ever! Their wax is extremely dirty it severely damaged my face. Immediately my face was burning. I asked the salon staff for rubbing alcohol and they refused to give it to me causing my face to breakout everywhere the wax was applied. They DID NOT CORRECTLY APPLY My lashes! The personal glued the individual lashes to my real lashes which caused my real lashes to be pulled out by the roots. This thinned my real lashes causing permanent damage. DO NOT GO HERE they lack the proper training. The health department needs to inspect them ASAP before this happens to anyone else.

If i could give zero stars i absolutely would. We were very rudely turned away well before close for two manicure pedicures. Guess they dont like money or manners for that fact.

I waited here for two hours and everyone who came after me had already left by the time I was done. My daughter got her nails done as well and the lady did a terrible job. The nail polish was thick and bunches up at the ends with tons of bubbles. I got a gel pedicure and it took up the two hours ONLY FOR PEDICURE and the lady had to redo one nail because she messed up. I also came in for a manicure but after being there for two hours I decided not to get one, I couldn’t stand being there for a second longer. When we went to pay, we told the owner and she said she was sorry and I showed her my daughters nails and said she was sorry and that it was busy and walked away. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND QUALITY! So disappointed after coming here for five years.
