First time I went everyone was nice. But I came back to get my nails touched up because my "gel" polish was chipping on my hands after two days and one toe was messed up after 3 days. When I told them I just wanted them touched up because they were already chipping. The lady needed me to describe the person who did my nails in detail and kept saying I got them done somewhere else because she didn't remember me. And I told her she wasn't there, and she andwould only re-do my hands if I paid full price again and did my toe for free. I told her I didn't mine paying a discounted price since it was 8 of my nails that need to be redone. But she refused. Also I am pretty sure they did not use all gel on the chipped fingers because the ones that aren't chipping are a different color and they look perfect still. Also they didn't feel like letting me look for the correct color for my toes. They painted the one toe a glittery version of the color and I pointed out it's not the same, she said it's okay. I asked if I could look at their examples, she moaned and looked for herself really quickly. She came back and asked again if it's okay, I just said okay and she painted the rest of that foot that color on top of the initial color. Keep in mind I have two feet, so one is glittery and one isn't. When she moaned I decided to bother anymore.

The service was ok. The nail colors were little dried out. I got a manicure, the manicurist was polite and did a good job. But only one minute of light hand massage. No have warmers for softening the cuticles.

After 2 or 3 days couple of my nails broke off and in less than a week the nail polish started forming little holes. (This was my 2nd time coming.). But the ppl were nice though...

The worst pedicure and dip nails that I have ever had. Looks like a 5 year old just did my nails. Actually I think a 5 year old would do better.

My nails came out pretty but she drilled
Too much and cut every single one of my nail beds. They were all swollen for at least a week.
