I am long term customer of Mai Mai (my my) and I go where she goes. Period. As long as she is at L.A. Nails I will never go anywhere else. You cannot get a better set of nails, pedicure, manicure, waxing, or anything else. Mai Mai is THE best nail tech is Roanoke and you will get 5 star reviews from me if she is in your Salon. I went to this location because she is now there, and the salon is clean, there is a huge variety of colors to choose from, the equipment is properly stored and sanitized, and everyone was very nice to every customer that entered. I love L.A. Nails and highly recommend it to all.

Thought it was going to be a good 1st experience. Went in for a simple manicure. My cuticles were cut so badly my finger bled for about 5 minutes. The nail tech said she would help and take care of me .. she said she was going to put something on the wound to stop it from bleeding .. I then realized she put Nail Glue on my finger to stop the bleeding. And still insisted on charging me $13 ! Save yourself the trip and go else where.. Sorry

I've been going to this establishment since I first moved into the Valley they really do good work went into today they already had two clients in chairs and there were two tech's I sat down prepared to wait the manager said you come back much later we busy I said I can wait she said no later...I and went elsewhere.

WORST manicure I've ever had! I came in to get a simple manicure after a long day at work. Was told that I'd have to wait twenty minutes, which was fine. (I waited over 30 mins.) The man that did my nails did not know what he was doing, nor did he try and speak to me at all. I told him the nail polish he was using was old and it was too thick and would not dry. He proceeded to mumble that it would be okay and then painted on yet another coat of polish and a thick layer of clear coat! I went to the drying station and waited THREE rounds of drying. The polish was still wet! The man came over to check my nails (after he was done clipping and filing his own, using the same fingernail clipper he used on me, unsanitized) and smeared the polish off my fingernails. His solution was coving the nail with clear polish..... After being at the salon from 5:30 to after 7, I had enough. I told the manger/owner that I would just take the polish off myself. I wasn't offered anything for the trouble and still had to pay. She told me to come back another day for them to fix. Yeah, right. I am writing this review to warn you all to not waist your money like I did. Skip this place and go elsewhere. This salon doesn't even deserve 1 star.
