I don't even want to give this place any stars. *******DO NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE****** Not only is this place dirty, they owners are the rudest people I have ever had do my nails. I made an appointment at 5:15 and asked over the phone if I could use a CC and tip on the CC, and was told YES! Once I arrived, they looked at me and asked me what I wanted, as if I was some alien, I told them I made an appt and then they ignored me and I then asked "Can I pick a color????" After they pointed to the colors, I asked if these were gel, and then they handed me the gel option pallet. WOW! After sitting there for another 5 minutes, rushed me into a pedicure chair and let me sit with my feet in the water for over 20 minutes, to the point where the boiling hot water turned cold. When the nail tech finally got to my pedicure, he was so distracted, kept getting up and doing other things and taming their children. Once I was done with my pedicure I was rushed over to the chair to start my gel manicure. The Lady who I am assuming was the owner DID NOT EVEN USE NAIL TOOLS, she PUSHED MY CUTICLES BACK WITH HER OWN NAILS--- ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I probably should have walked out. However, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and I actually am a decent person. The lady did not know how to paint nails. She kept having to run her finger nail around my cuticles to clear the polish that was dripping all over my fingers...lets just say, the gel polish is more on my fingers than my actual nails.
I honestly feel like a 5 years old could paint better. To TOP it off, for overall experience and job, they were way over priced. They charges me $55.00!!!!! AND When I asked if I could tip (which they did not deserve at all) She gave me attitude and said "TOO LATE!!!" AND THEN RE-RAN MY CARD FOR AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 FOR TIP!
I am so disappointed and upset about this experience, so I hope that someone can read this and not go to this place...SAVE YOUR MONEY, you are better off painting your own nails!

Me my sister and my step dad all went to this place when we first got there they were pretty friendly my sister and stepdad got seated for their pedicures I was getting my nails done but then they decide to put me in a pedicure seat to my sister and step dad got started fasts but me I had to wait in hot water which turn too cold for about 15 minutes later once my sister got started the guy that did her toes didn't know what he was doing and cut her and didn't even ask if she was ok she had about two different people do her toes the lady painted her toes and got most of it on the skin and her toes look pretty bad after we then got seated for our nails the guy that did mine was pretty amazing but then the lady painted my nails ruined everything that he did and put too much paint what's jacked up everything that the guy did and she kept on having to wipe off the paint that was on my skin my sister's nails turned out pretty well but were very streaky they were nice but not good at their job I'm twelve and I can do better. I went here yesterday and got acrylic nails on but while she was shaping them they looked like oval shaped and I asked for round. Also, while she was painting my nails, I noticed that she didn't go all the way with the polish and then they refused to paint further down. But besides that little experience, I didn't have a horrible time there. I mean, the customer service wasn't that bad during my experience. They seemed nice but not overly kind.

I went here for a fill instead of going back to where I got the full set and was instantly happier with the work. She took her time and made them look Great
