I’ve been coming here for 2 1/2 years now and I love my nails every single time! I get the organic dip. (They are my real nails, length and all!) Everyone is so nice and everyone does a great job! Ken, Lily, Nhi, Susan and Vy. I don’t even live in the area but it’s so worth the drive!

DO NOT COME HERE! They were so unprofessional. My nails are uneven, the color on my nails does not match my toes and when I complained about it, they made no effort to change it. What’s worse, is that I was charged THE FULL PRICE and they knew I was unhappy. When I complained about them not matching my color, the owner stated that there was a shortage, but even if this was the case, it should’ve been explained BEFOREHAND. I feel so embarrassed and like I got jipped. Other customers witnessed it and made comments about how poorly they treated me and the owner still did nothing to make things better. I will not return to a place that is only concerned about money and not the customers happiness.

I will not return. I came for a full set. They were rushing and short on staff! They were rough with the drill, put my nails on crooked, and cut them too short ! Everytime I wanted to mention specific care. They would get annoyed and create a power struggle. They made me wait over 30 minutes with no technician. Just wine ! I requested to have the tips taken off... they were only glued. These people put my fingers in acetone for 15mins. Just to leave half the nail still on with glue binding my skin.

Ive tried so many nail salons over the years and found someone who actually does them the way I like them. Im not sure what her name is but I younger girl works here and shes is the best. Wish I new her name! Love this place.
