HORRIBLE!!!!! honestly, worst nail salon experience EVER. The nail tech didn’t even ask me what length I wanted and as I was telling her that I wanted them longer she went ahead and cut them. The acrylic was lumpy and had empty spaces. The shape that I asked for was COMPLETELY different than what I asked for. Disgusting customer service.

I heard about this place from a friend and decided to make the trip. Customer service is top-notch. The people that work here are very friendly. And took awhile to have my nails done. Nail tools are sterilized and comes in sealed packages. Just got home & I love my nails. I think this might be my new place to go.

An individual named Eric started to randomly scream and yell to what it looked like another co-worker. I cannot believe what I witnessed. He was flailing around his hands and pointing in a disrespectful manner. My kids were there too and was frightened. I feel sad for the coworkers who has to deal with him. I came another day and he was yelling at another co-worker to what seemed like to be a boss. Why is he still working there? I'm not going to come back. He's going to destroy the business.
The young tech named Tram was being so sweet and did her best to reassure me. Unfortunately it worked only for a little bit. I came to enjoy myself, not be stressed more by seeing an argument.

Do you want to be pampered??? GO THERE .... They're very friendly, which make I feel really comfortable and make sure to take care of me and put the best people to work. My natural nails ARE now longer than they have ever been.

I came here with 4 of my friends for regular mani-pedis as a part of my bachelorette party a couple weekends ago. The ladies are all very nice and accommodating. My nails look super natural and the designs are super cute without being too boring or too over the top. I won't go anywhere else.
