My daughters and I have been going to Rosemary's Spa for a few years now, but today was the last straw. We walked in (don't ever call for an appt because they don't schedule them, one of them just answers the phone and says "yes come in".) and asked for mani/pedis. We were told to pick a color and seated in a timely manner, soaked for a few minutes and we both started to get our pedis. My pedi was started and finished by two different people (not a fan of this but quite common)and then another person started my mani and the other two moved on to work on two other guests who arrived as walk-ins after my daughter and I. I noticed my daughter wasn't getting her manicure done. I mentioned it to one of the other ladies, they discussed and one of them started the mani. Now, I'm done with both and waiting under a nail dryer for 10 mins waiting for my daughter to get done and the client next to her is done with a mani and pedi!! I notice my daughter has white paper on 3 of her nails. She was bleeding! I realize it happens but 3 fingers on one hand?!! She even told me after that they squeezed lemon on them and it stung so badly. I get the lemon thing is part of there mani service to get the oils off the nail bed before polishing, but really??? Not after cutting the client. Ouch! Talk about going through the motions.We finally were done and I mentioned the fact that others were done before us and that she was cut a few times. Her response, "So Sorry." Not, "Can I comp your daughters manicure or let us give you a free brow wax etc. Nope, she said, "That'll be $90." Well you lost a family of three as clients today and I should have done this a long time ago. Spend a little more $$ or not and frequent a place where quality is more important than quantity. I gave 2 stars for convenience.
