Ownership is definitely rude. They act like you're not spending your money with them. The atmosphere and vibe is negative. They don't know how to talk to people at all. I won't be going back ever. And I recommend you spend your money elsewhere also.

Went last Saturday the wait was terrible after them calling me on my phone telling me I’m next get there and still had to wait! Got my nails done and not what I asked for! My nails look terrible very disappointed a rush job Tracy did my nails before and did a great job but this time it was awful! She was doing to many things at one time! Do BETTER IF IM SPENDING MY MONEY!🤦🏽♀️

As you can see by the pictures, they burned me! As long as I have been getting them done at different places, I have never had anyone burn me! Then when i talked with the manager, he demanded that I know who the person was who did it. They have sign in sheets and I signed in, I didnt know the woman’s name. But if they have a sign in sheet, the employees should sign off on who took care of which customers! Also why was the wax even that low on my eyesThen they tried to tell me that because the weather was hot outside, that sometimes the wax burns. But I live 2 streets away and had my AC on in the car on the way there! Then they tried to give me a gift certificate, I said no Im ok, yall burned me and then had the nerve to have an attitude! I had a receipt and requested my full refund. Then they just gave me back the cost of the service and I said no I want my tip too! Im not tipping yall for burning me!!The lady rolled her eyes at me and slammed it down on the counter! Just rude!!

This DOES NOT pertain to all staff. Some of them are rude, do not go in order as to how you sign in, no organization what so ever.... DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN!
