They did a poor job on my pedicure. They rushed it and did not clean it well enough. Do not waste your money to go there. I recommend Linda K’s Salon! She’s the best and she will take care of you! I gave Paradise Nails a try because Linda was booked that day. I regret it so much! Never going to Paradise Nails again. Horrible customer service and bad job at what they do. Even I can do it better at home.

Nails were decent buy he charged me $10 more and said thats what he said the first time when he didn't. And got an attitude when I asked why I was being charged extra. Also he huffed and puffed a lot while doing my nails nost likely because I have a particular way I like them done. I only went here because my nail tech was out of town. NEVER AGAIN!

Amazing gel sets, they last a while until you need a fill but not that creative when it comes to design.

HORRIBLE SERVICE . The Vietnamese dude who wears the white lab coat with the “Nails” decal on it is the worst person to get . I usually go to Sassy Nails in Vadnais Heights, and had it not been for time, I would have made the drive . I walked in and showed the girl what I wanted and asked if they would be able to do that . She said yes , and had me sit down in the waiting area. When it was my turn , I was sat down in a nasty seat, full of acrylic nail trimmings from the drill . (He did not wipe any of it up before starting— instead he laid a piece of plastic, similar to a table mat down on top of it)— he started drilling into my nails , AND BURNED ME OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN despite the fact that I told him three times! By the time it was time to paint , I was happy with they shape so tried not to fuss , then he grabbed colors “similar” to the picture I had showed . NONE of them were similar .. Long story short , THEY DIDNT HAVE MY COLOR, NO GOLD RHINESTONES OF ANY KIND , HE FORGOT TO DO THE COLOR I SETTLED FOR IN MATTE SO I HAD TO HAVE IT REDONE, ONE OF MY GOLD GLITTER FINGERS IS CLEAR COAT GLITTER LOOKING WHILE THE OTHER IS DARK AND DEEP WITH GLITTER . NOW ITS ONE DAY LATER AND MY “GEL” PAINT IS LIFTING , I LEFT WITH NOOOOO DESIGN AND STILL WALKED OUT PAYING $30 FOR MY FILL. I SHOULD HAVE MADE A SCENE , AND NOW I REGRET EVER HANDING HIM MY MONEY !!

I love my nails! I went during the afternoon so there wasn't a lot of people and that I made an appointment already too. Vicki is good! She took her time with me and going through the nail colors. I love it!
