always really liked her but lately she's been slacking doesn't do nails right doesn't shape them i got my nails done with her new employee 2days later ALL of my nails are GONE not to mention they were defformed smh i don't ill be going back anymore i did enjoy her at first but now i disslike her so much HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE 3yrs with her then this happens...

I talked to my friend about what kind of design I wanted for my acrylic nails. I told her I wanted them to look like a French manicure. Instead of asking me what I wanted, they assumed I wanted a French manicure and did that. I know nothing about nails so I asked when she was going to put the nails on for the acrylic and they started to scream at me like it was my fault! They rushed the job because we went in later in the day and my nails did not turn out well. Highly disappointed and will not return.
