Dealing with this place was a very unpleasant experience. Not only did they not give me what I asked for, they totally botched the job. I asked for almond shaped nails but they turned out misshapen, covered in way to much shellac and the paint was all over the place. My nails were also at random lengths with my pinky nails being longer than my middle finger nails. I paid and went home thinking that I would like them eventually but that didn't happen. I went back the next day and showed my nails to the owner and asked of they could fix them. They made them look even worse. When I pointed that out they said that it was my fault. I decided not to argue anymore and went to a different salon. I ended up at My Nails in Spring Lake and the girl that fixed my nails did a wonderful job and left feeling very satisfied. I will never go to VY again!

Kim and her husband cal have been doing my mani, pedi for over 10 years at a reasonable price. Im pleased

Did business with these clowns for over 14 years back when they would beg for me to add on services or go out there way to please a "regular" like me that drives 30 mins to get to them bypassing 10+ other nail salons. Well fast forward years later and their business has picked up they started treated me like a number instead of a committed regular.
So on mothers day i go in and of course they are busy..they sit me and another lady in the pedicure water for over 20 mins then proceed to work on 2 guest that arrived literally an hour after us. So im like hold up wth are you doing? After throwing a fit they start doing my pedicure theeeen after i finished they had the nerve to ask me if i could come back on mothers day to get my nails done because they are too busy!!! I was pissed!!!!! I said H no i drove 30 mins to get here why did u have me sit it the lobby for a hour then the pedicure water for over 20 mins just to have me walk out half done for a special day my family always celebrate heavily!! Im tired of typing to tell yall about the second chance i gave them...i arrive at their location at 635 they close at 7...for my niece graduation...i sit in the lobby for 10 mins and the owner the man comes and say he cant do my nails they are too busy and about to close. I literally begged them to do them because i had a graduation to attend and i told them come on you know i drive 30 mins. They still refused...r u kidding me..a loyal customer for 14 years!!! I told them to kick rocks that i was done 4 good this time...

Honestly I love this place! The place has my name lol.. but anyways they barely rush they take their time now BEST PLACE TO GO! Friendly people too! I forgot my items and the honest people they are they said they had it. Amazing service I love my nails! The eyebrow wax was great not too hot!

I have been going to VY Nails for almost ten years. Every experience has been MAGNIFICENT!!!!! Never a bad experience. From nails to toes to eyebrows, the best. This place is a must to go!!!!
