I made an appointment but had to wait 20 minutes before I was seen. On top of that, I got a get manicure and they didn’t do a very good job of painting my nails near the cuticle or on the side. I felt like the lady was not very attentive to making sure my nails looked their best. I will probably not be back. Also, you cannot tip from your card. Best nail salon in Frederick! Was pleasantly surprised when walked in, it’s very beautiful and clean inside. Everyone has been friendly and they are great with kids also (including Hello Kitty pedicure chairs). It’s best to have an appointment which stinks if just want to drop in, but also means they are good and everyone loves them = busy.

I made an appointment to get my nails done before my bachelorette party. I got there a few minutes early and they asked me to take a seat. 20 minutes went by and no one acknowledged me, but they were taking other customers. I have other things planned and couldn't wait any longer and had to walk out. The salon looks very nice and I'm sure they do great work, but I am very disappointed in their customer service. I've never had to wait so long to get my nails done, especially with an appointment :(

Always busy so call ahead for appointment. Clean & modern decor. Staff is friendly and efficient.

I’m obsessed with this nail salon! I went religiously to Annie and Kira for about a year until I moved. Now I can’t find another nail salon like it & honestly will drive a few hours just to be around these ladies! I had rosemary recently and she did an amazing job on my nails!
We also came for a group session for my sister in laws wedding for nails and every tech did amazing.
I have no idea how anyone could review them negatively!
Go here and you won’t regret it!
