These people are ridiculous, they are highly unprofessional and have no idea how to run a business. They’re prices are insane and they are located in a slum shady area of Hartford. They don’t know how to give proper customer service, I don’t know how they’re still open. I will never go there again nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time going to this joke of a nail shop.

I made an appointment at 10:30 am. When I got there there was no one there. So I waited longer. They NEVER showed up. And they didn't even called to let us know they weren't going to be in.

I only came to try out a new nail tech. They are very friendly. But the tech that did my nails, needs work... my gel nails started to crack the day after & my Acrylic looks horrible!
