My favorite nail salon! Every time I come in, I get exactly what I want and it’s consistent no matter who does them. They’re very professional, clean and sanitary, have tons of colors and selections, and are talented with ombré nails. I live in California now but I’m always willing to wait just so I can get my nails done here when I come back to visit.

Went a few years back because another Nail Salon messed up my nails and I came to this Salon to have my nails redone. It was very busy the day I had gone, but it was well worth it. The ladies in the salon were all nice even the other clients. I remember another lady and I just started making conversation. I would definitely come back to this location. The salon is very clean and welcoming as soon as you walk in. You can get acrylic or gel nails. 2017

I found this salon on Google 2 weeks ago. It had a 5 star rating so I made an appt. I went online to find what I wanted. I found 3 great designs and texted the shop to see if they do those particular techniques and he said Absolutely! We do all three. He sent me a price quote for each design with a description if the technique. I said great! See you soon. I arrived and sat down. I showed my tech the pic of what I wanted. She then started pouring out globs of polish onto a piece of foil. I asked what she was doing because I had requested a water marbling technique and thus was NOT how it is done. She said Oh no! That way is dirty! I only do freehand! Which is why I asked and sent pics to avoid this very situation. She started 1 nail and it ended up a 3 color mess. Just big blobs of polish with no design, much less the one I had asked for. I told her no, we're not doing that. She said well, pick something else then. I had to go back online and pick something out at the very last second. I showed her and she said no problem! She finished and no surprise, it didn't look anything like the picture. When I paid, I told him what happened. He said no one would have told me that they could do all the techniques I requested. I asked him if he would like to see the text of our entire conversations along with pics, descriptions and price quotes. Interestingly enough, he told me that that wouldn't be necessary. He took 10$ off of 60$ but offered no apology or acknowledgement that he told me what the text confirms. Do not waste your time and money here! Nobody knows what services they perform as they all just do their own thing. I went here because if the 5 star reviews. I evidently need to read more of them because now I have to find yet another salon where, again, I have to take my chances! I'm enclosing pics. The 1st one is what I actually wanted and was told was available. The 2nd is what I had to settle for. The 3rd is how the 2nd one actually turned out. As I said, when confronted with pics and info they were not at all interested and inferred that I was not being particularly honest about the entire ordeal. So, hopefully, this will help someone else!
REVIEW UPDATE:
Got a call from the owner after he read my review. He apologized profusely for the service I received. He said he remembered me and my situation and took complete responsibility for everything that happened and again apologized and all the blame. He asked repeatedly if there was any way he could make up for it. I said a full refund would be appreciated. He immediately said certainly, and that he would send it right out. I thanked him for the apologies and the acceptance of fault and we ended the call.
While I appreciated everything that transpired, I didnt have alot of faith that anything would happen. 3 days later, I was proven completely wrong!! And happily so!! The owner, I'm sorry, I didnt get a name, went above and beyond to make up for everything! It was hugely appreciated and restores my faith that outstanding customer service is possible! Thank you!!
