They overcharged me 30 dollars and didn't tell me the price until after I was charged. Fought with the woman for ten minutes and she told me it's because they "work hard." Other customers had problems when I was there too. They are not quick, made me late for work. Do not go on your lunch break. Misleading reviews. Never going back!!!

I can't say which staff member is best. They all do a fabulous job. I've been going for about 12 years now and no one provides a better manicure or pedicure. My family even prefers to come into the city just for their superb services.

The staff at New Era Spa are so thoughtful and friendly. Being that it was my first trip, they made me feel as if I had been a regular customer forever. The attention to detail on the services provided (removal and application of shellac/color gel) was exemplary. My manicure was flawless. Best of all - there was a special! You cannot beat their service or prices. I would reccomend this to anyone in the Midtown area.

Ladies, my nails polish started to peal off in less than 24 hrs of getting my nails done. I haven't even washed dishes! Day two, my nail polish is half way off and I still have not washed dishes yet. I'm very sad and dissapointed for the wasted money and time :(
