I've been coming here for about 2 months now, and haven't had a bad experience yet. I had my nails done with ANC by 4 different people, and all did a good job. I have ridges in 2 of my nails, and they did a fantastic job covering it up! I got 1 pedicure so far. This was done by 1 of the guys. He did a fantastic job! The massage on my calves with strong fingers really helped work out the muscle cramps from working on my feet all day. I only gave a 4, because it can get crowded at times, and their prices are a bit more than others, but I think it's worth it! I recommend this place.

Wow I can’t even put into words how disgusted I am with this place. The man doing my nails was very aggressive with my hands and when I asked him to be gentle he started yelling at me in front of everyone, by far the most embarrassing experience I’ve had in a while

This place is awful! I am so upset about the experience i had! I feel like they are greedy and completely took advantage of me. So i went in there with my 14 year old daughter to get pedicures. She was using her money that she earned from babysitting. First thing they show us is a menu of ONLY there spa pedicures and ask us which one we wanted. Thinking those were the only options, i chose the cheapest one that was 35.00 plus i got the Gel nail polish. My daughter only got the regular nail polish. I also let her know that we had coupons that we got in the mail. So as she is doing my pedicure i tell her we dont have alot of time because i have a birthday party to do that day and i dont want the hot stone massage that this level pedicure comes with. Also i mentioned to her that i wantyyhyyyed the dry skin off the sides of my big toe. Which she can just file with a emery board. She didnt do it and told me , " Next time purchase the callous remover ", which is extra of course. After its done i see on flip side of menu there is a cheaper 27.00hg option. So she charges me 35.00 +15.00 for gel and tried to charge my daughter the same price. After i corrected her, we each wanted to use a coupon, since we were 2 separate services using our own money and shes says " No, 1 coupon, 1 Day"! Trying to say we're together as 1. Then after arguing with her about that i tried to use the ONE 10% off of 50.00 or more she told me NO, i could only use the 5.00 off which was the lowest amount off on the sheet! THEN after she swipes my card she Immediately points to the tip part demanding i tip her! I handed her a 5.00 bill and told her " 1 tip, 1 day"! And she looked shocked. I left there so mad and regretting that i even handed that swindler 5 bucks. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. ANYONE THAT WOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT GET BUSINESS.

I wish I could give this place a gazillion stars! I’ve never ever had a bad experience here. This is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Everyone here is always so sweet and I always leave very happy. I especially love their pedicures (my two favorites are the paraffin spa and the new milk and honey one). I was so impressed after my first visit that I wondered if maybe I was just lucky and ended up with an especially wonderful nail technician, but they’re all great at what they do. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
