I had an awesome experience here! Kathy did my pedicure and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and definitely delivered. I'm on my feet at work all day and I require a little extra attention but she didn't seem to mind. I will be referring all my friends and coworkers here for sure.

Fan-freaking-TASTIC service! I came in with about 15 minutes to spare because I was meeting friends and my nails looked horrific. All of the ladies were very pleasant and understanding.
They gave me THE best polish job I've ever had in my life. Not exaggerating. In the 15 minutes I had, she filed my nails and gave me a gel polish to rival all others. These ladies know what they're doing!

Don’t go here if you want to feel like your request for a clear gel polish is a nuisance. I came in here to get my acrylics removed and so that I can get a gel clear coat on top of them. When I told the guy I wanted a gel clear coat he made the most disrespectful sigh as if I was asking him to do something so out of the box. I wasn’t asking for some intricate design or something that takes any skill at all...just a basic gel polish that took less than 5 minutes to do. I will never come back to this establishment since they pick and choose who to give good service to

The services here are always wonderful. They encourage making an appointment especially during peak times because it can get packed, but they do take walk-ins. The atmosphere is calm and the music is nice too. I always find myself humming. Everyone is nice and skilled. I think I’ve been serviced by everyone in there except for two people who are new, but it seems they only hire highly skilled individuals. I’ve had gel powder, SNS, gel polish, pedicures, eyebrow waxing. I don’t trust just anyone with my eyebrows after I had a bad experience else where. Since I trust Urban Nail Salon, I tried it and am happy to say I still have my eyebrows and they look great! Thanks to Cindy and everyone there for always making my experiences great. Even if I lived far away....I would take the drive.

I went here because my regular person couldn't get me in due to me being stuck behind construction and consequently in traffic. They got me on end and gave me great treatment. Super nice and the place is really clean. I would go back just because I love the environment and the people who work there were great
