I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS AT ALL.

This salon in itself was ok the man I was given his ATTITUDE was HORRIBLE. I enter excited and happy to get my nails done. 1 he barely tries to speak to me, throws my feet around. 2, when he gets to my nails he is HUFFING and PUFFING and ROLLING HIS EYES the entire time he does my nails because I’m “quote unquote” not moving them properly, but in all actuality I’m trying to move my fingers to make it easier for him not harder. When he is using the drill he CUT my finger and CONTINUES to try and drill over my ring finger. 3, I pay before he is finished and I hold my tongue he takes me over to get my eyebrows plucked but I thought I was drying my nails, my phone rings it’s my mother he start asking me “WHAT DO YOU WANT TO MESS UP YOUR NAILS?, you keep moving and touching stuff (which I was not but clearly he had an attitude)” While he is still rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing, I said sir it’s my mother. I tell her I have to call her later I try to grab the receipt so I can finish paying (so no one can write whatever tip in they want and attempt to take my money) he snatches it and says “THIS IS MY STUFF ON MY DESK NOBODY TOUCH”. Before he continues to do my eyebrows. I tell him you are being aggressive and if you don’t want to do my nails he did not have to. The entire time it was such a hassle and I left angry and left him no tip, I attempted but he refused $1.00. This was the most horrible service at a nail salon I have ever received and I recommend this shop to no one if they receive the same kind of treatment I did on my birthday weekend.

I don't think everyone working there has a license... Only Ms Kim can do designs so if you go wait it out for her.

Absolutely terrible since the owner left. I have had bubbles, waves and polish dents left on my gel nail manicure at least 3 times. They have taken the polish off and fixed them each time but who actually has time for that MONTH after MONTH. My pedicure was messed up this past summer as well. That was fixed after I was initially told it was my nail that was causing the wavy look..... I stopped going about a month ago and I hope they fixed the problem. If you are going to hire people who are in training, you should have discounted prices. Change wont happen unless the people demand it!!

They are one of the best nail salon in this area. they always give me the best designs. my full sets are perfect. and Tammy and Kim are perfect.
