I had the best experience at Creative Nails in Belle Hall. I went to get a pedicure while my daughter was at dance and I had my baby with me. I risked taking him in with me because he was asleep in his car seat. Needless to say, he woke up in the middle of the service screaming and crying. I was embarrassed and exhausted hoping I could have that quiet time. Kevin was great and reassured me that “we’ve all been there” he also was efficient in finishing my pedicure so I didn’t have to worry. So that I could enjoy the rest of my time, Tai strolled around with my baby calming him down. I couldn’t ask for better service. All the staff worked together to make sure that I was able to relax a bit and that other patrons were not disturbed. So kind! Will most definitely return.

Great nail salon! They are fast but very good! So many workers so there is usually not a wait.

Excellent service, friendly staff, always pleased with my manicure and pedicure. By far, the best in Mount Pleasant. I highly recommend!

Very nice people and they do a great job. They've even got special seats for children.

HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE AND REMEDIED THE SITUATION.
I was on vacation and went to this salon for a pink and white dip manicure. Although the nail technician was very nice and the place seemed clean, my manicure ( which always lasts 3-4 weeks) had 2 broken nails after 1 week! I paid $55 and I am not happy to have to have to pay for another manicure one week later to redo the nails.! I’m hoping the manager will call me to make this right and then I will retract my review and update it accordingly.
