I love this place!!! I have been going for over a year now. Danny is fantastic!! I always get quick and quaility service. I have been to many nail shops and this is by far the best. They are clean, friendly, responsibly priced, and have a great selection of colors.

I've never had a manicure before and got a gift certificate from Pro so I went in. The.girl at the desk didn't speak English very well. Once I got the manager to help, I got a very pretty set of gel nails. They are shaped perfectly and I have had them a month now, they are still flawless!! However, i didn't appreciate the girl sitting there the entire time talking to herself in Vietnamese. That is rude. I asked what she was putting on my nails and she replied, liquid, powder. 🙄

$50 for Gel Mani + Regular Pedi.... Nails NOT Left in UV Lamp Long Enough. Nails Filed Bad. ***NO Top Coat on (Right) Hand*** Afterward, I Walked Back Inside Pro Nails + They Closed 30 min. Early, To Avoid my Confrontation!!! For 3 Days, I've Called Pro Nails + They NEVER Answer!!! Since then, I had to personally buy "Gel-Like" Top Coat for Manicure ($10) + Re-File Own Nails!!!! $57.00 Wasted @ ProNails!!!!! Very Disappointed. This is My 2nd Bad Experience @ ProNails......I'm NEVER Returning!!!!

Awful, color didn’t match, shape wasn’t even a shape, worst of all: the acrylic was too THICK. Every time I look at it it reminded me of a big nose. :(
