My friend and I went to get pedicures. There was a brief wait. The first problem is the water was way too hot and I actually like really hot water but even for me this was too much. The person doing my nails tried to talk me into getting the next level of pedicure and she was a little too pushy. She didn’t go a good job with my nails either. At the end there was a glob of nail polish she hadn’t bothered to fix. She never talked except to try and get me to purchase more. The person doing my friends nails did that as well and when my friend said she didn’t want the higher package she sucked her teeth and shook her head. I will never go back here. Not just because they were rude but they did such a bad job. Honestly I could have done it better myself and saved the money.

My Tech did an excellent job on my feet. She took her time and made me feel as if I was a special client.

I have a generally good experience when I visit this salon. Some technicians are better than others. The lady who does eyebrows here tends to make them thin so be careful if that's not that you want. She also razored the tops of mine which I do not like. I can do that at home.

Myself and two of my friends went to get full set and pedicures done. We had the rudest people ever. They didn’t listen to us and the gentleman doing one of my friends kept rubbing a wound on her leg after she repeated told him not to do so. We then get different people to do our hands and they where rude as well didn’t socialize with us and did horrible jobs. The paint chipped on of my friends nails before we left the nail salon and they told her it was her fault. The little boy who painted my nails was not the same person who did my nails or feet. He was rude as hell and told me I talked to much and I moved a lot which if I paying for something it should be none of your concern what I’m doing. We left the nail salon and two sails later my other friend nail chipped. The service was terrible and our nails looked horrible as Well I promise I will never return to this place of business.

I came in really close to closing on a Sunday and was nicely greeted. They continued to take a couple people after me well into the closed time posted. The staff immediately allowed me to pick a color and get started. They were fast, friendly, and paid attention to detail. When I came in they were busy and people were being tended to in a quick and orderly manner. I will be coming again.
