I've been going to Salon Max since they opened approximately 10 yrs ago...I love the Shirley the owner and her staff... I've always received excellent service and they have always gone above and beyond to make my experience wonderful... EVERYTIME!! My 3 daughters are also regular customers as well as many of my friends and family!! They are all very satisfied customers...just like me!!!

I’ve been coming here for awhile this place has terrible customer service the only reason I kept going back was for the price but now since they’ve remodeled they charge way more and the owner is still rude and only cares about money. They offer services such as 15 min back massages but no ones ever available and all the male nail techs are not good. They are now called grand salon, highly do not recommend! I will not be returning!

I was a bit hesitant to come here after looking at all of the negative reviews, but in the end, I was pleasantly surprised. The woman at the front desk with the gauges and tattoos was extremely friendly and made great conversation, and my nails came out beautiful. The pedicure was pretty good too, and priced well. I also noticed that someone came in stating one of the nails popped off and they were quick to fix the problem, with no issues or arguing. Very nice.

Decent nails. Cant understand when they are speaking. Ehh pricing but Nails are always tilted or not coated enough. Crooked, or scratched. Long waits. Nail shapes aren’t right and also they are really tough and agressive with nails. Hurt and peel cuticle along with skin on the sides.

They tried to force me to have a $35 pedicure on the $18 day. They implied my friend should pay for it if I couldn’t. The entire pedicure the lady was badgering me about getting the $35 pedicure after I clearly said no many times. I was trying to tell her what I wanted and she got mad and rolled her eyes and sent me off to another tech who tried to push a no chip manicure rather than a fill in my entire manicure. Then they both EXPECTED a tip. They got $2 tips but should have gotten nothing. NEVER GO HERE. RUDEST TECHS EVER
