This nail salon feels very high end for such a great deal! I love that they offer you a beverage as soon as you arrive. They are super efficient and have great pedicures. I had a great massage in my feet done by V! I will never go any where else!

Have been to shop twice in past 5 weeks. They have changed management. Had an appt. both times and neither were on time by staff. The 1st 1 was with a new tech. who indicated by her demeanor that I was the problem....not the scheduling. By the time my nails were done by another associate, she was still working with the same client as when I arrived. The 2nd appt: I arrived 10 minutes early and at 15 minutes past my appt time, I left. Not going back until my nail tech returns from family obligations.

I used to get the best looking nails here....went in for a full set this week and just disgusted. Do they even know how to do nails...mine turned out mis shaped, thick and gloppy looking....just awful. Refused to fix...said it would cost me for a fill. I'll NEVER BE BACK. Save yourself.

I came here for the first time to get my nails done, the staff was really nice and friendly. However she did not fully paint my nails, and the way she drilled them down by my cuticle made them look like they had already been on for a few days and were starting to grow out (Acrylic Nails) and when I say she didnt paint them all the way, I mean she did not paint all the way down to cuticle either.. in other words i left there looking like I had stick on nails.. not to mention, I got these done on a Friday evening 7pm. It is only Tuesday, and they are already falling off.

I got a full set on June 4th 2018 at station 5 at 1:45pm by the next morning 5 of my nails were lifting. I called the salon and told them what was happening and they wanted to see so I went in that day after work on my way to school. Since I didnt have time for them to fix it within 3 days they said there is nothing they can do. Terrible customer service!
