Went in self-convinced that I needed to take my naturally light/medium brown hair with red single color process to a light strawberry blonde.
After a thoughtful and honest consultation with Diane, I left with red foils over my natural hair color. My hair looks beautiful and I am very pleased. Diane suggested I consider the foils as the transformation to strawberry blonde would require more maintenance and commitment. She was completely right!
Her experience in working with clients has gifted her with the ability to read one's hair like a story. Her assessment was spot on and by the end of our time together in which the busy and often unpredictable lifestyle I thrive under is completely incongruent with my own idea of what I thought I could have managed.
I know i could have left with that light Strawberry Blonde if I wanted to, but I would have been frustrated 4-6 weeks down the road when I wouldn't be able to squeeze in a touch-up.
Salon uses Matrix hair color system and has a full range of Biolage products available. I was able to be taken care of the same day I called and that is always important to me.
I will definitely go back and let Diane take care of me again.
