AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT SCARRING - I came in to get waxed for the summer. The first wax I ever got was from here, 4 years ago. Since then I have been waxed numerous times in numerous locations. I returned here last Friday, remembering the great first time I had. I don't know what kind of wax they use, but it left behind numerous hairs, which she left when she said she was finished. It took almost an hour, never had that happen, ever. I got charged max price for her incompetence. And then the final kicker - my skin is burned and scabbing over. I have taken pictures, which I will not be posting due to their explicit nature, but rest assured I am considering suing. This was an unprofessional and obviously untrained waxing specialist, and I will not be returning.

Idk what these females are talking about, but this place is amazing. The prices are good and they’re super clean. I have never had a problem here and I just moved back over here on the east coast. Tina is amazing!!!!

So basically, my friends and I wanted to test the worst nail salon to see if it’s actually bad. We were not surprised to see the results. The place was packed so we came in with a good vibe. However, the place is very messy. Most if not all, the nail polish is we’re old and bad quality. The lady hurt our fingers and dug into our skin. My fingers are still hurting and are red. They barely know any English and kept trying to convince us to get gel or tips. She ruined my pinky and then told me I had to be careful in a very rude way. Well, when I asked her questions she answered politely and said she work there 12 years already but I doubt it because the nails ended up being super bad. They were bumpy, uneven and chipped right away. She oiled on hand but not the other and used a paper towel to take off my nail polish. She took off my friends gel with a sponge that’s used for your feet. She did 2fingers for my cuticles and made us pay first. I took a white ish beige ish color and she said it’s not white so I was like "oh ok, can I please have a white?" She said ok and brought me a shade of white that’s used for French tips. After doing 2 nails she saw it was dry (not surprisingly) and took a different shade called snow flakes. My nails don’t look good nor my friends and we confirm that we can even a better job. They also asked for a tip. Sorry that was super long just wanted to say my experience. Also don’t come here if you want a good manicure.

I read all the reviews on this place and I’m the type of person to give places a try even if reviews are bad . Truthfully and honestly warning everyone DO NOT go here. I wanted to give it a try since I’m a local at the mall and I will never step in that place again . Staff are extremely rude , male doing my nails countless said rude comments to me . Went in for a acrylic fill .. no joke he completed it in less then 15 min all he did was filled in the nail and file them , I’ve never had a fill in done in 15 min . I’m blindblown. They also lie about their prices and any question u ask them get ready to be responded with a snotty answer . I’ve never felt so disrespected when I’m paying someone my own money as a service to do my nails . I’ve had arylic nails for most of my life so I know 15 min is not a reasonable time for a fill in . Moral of my story yes these comments below are accurate .. all these “ nice “ comments are probably their relatives or friends because no human with the right state of mind should pay for a service there , I will never go back ever
