We made appointments two weeks ago and received confirmation emails a few days ago. Went in for our scheduled appointments and one of the nail techs supposedly wasn’t even aware that she had an appointment and wasn’t at the salon. The receptionist said “well all of our appointments showed up this morning.” I feel like you shouldn’t be planning for your appointments to not show up for you to accommodate your customers? This was going to be our first time there (and last, apparently), so unfortunately I can’t comment on the actual services since they were not properly staffed and couldn’t see us for our scheduled appointments.

Very cute place. Doesn't look like your typical nail salon. Cute set up with a gorgeous view! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Vicky did an excellent job ❤

This was one of the worst experience I have had while traveling. I booked with them, then got there and they told me she wrote down a different manicure, I said no and she did the one I originally wanted. I was with some of my friends and family members and one of the girls I was with paid for me and two others, she told me the total and I was charged for the manicure i told her I didn’t want. They told me that the lotion was an extra $15 dollar charge. Do not go here if you want quality service. She lied to me about all of it

Always on time, always pleased with the cleanliness and quality of service I receive. Love the mermaid options.
