I was deeply disappointed by the rude tone I received from nail technician Lisa when I attempted to re-book a missed appointment after I won a gift certificate for a gel service. It was clear she was inflexible to reschedule because it was a gift certificate and she would not be paid for the service. Her tone, impatience and then finally return call telling me if we couldn’t book within 24 hours I lost the service was very obviously fueled by the item being a donation that I was not paying out of pocket for. Will not be back for any of their services because of this prioritization of paying clients (when I purchased this as a fundraiser for a school). Bummer!

Savannah is a genius with color! My hairstyle has gotten me so many compliments, she knows exactly what to do to make my hair look it's best. The whole salon is very clean, never smells "hair salon-ey", they were Santa Cruz's first "Green" salon so all their products are free of nasty stuff. Plus, everyone is super nice. Even though I moved to San Jose, I still drive over the hill to Oasis because I've never found anyone as good.

Santa Cruz county's only green salon. They offer facials, hot stone massage, peducure, and hair styling too. Parking not great since they share a lot with 3 other facilities.

Wendy Rae colored, cut, and styled my hair. It has never looked better! She really knows hair. I have curly hair, which is often difficult for stylists to work with, but not Wendy Rae! Outstanding job. I am now a regular.

Wendy Rae has done my hair for many years and it always looks great. She is always coaching me on how to style it at home, and which products will make my very straight fine hair look beautiful. Love her and her desire to have all her clients love their hair.
