I have locs and usually drive about 45 minutes to get to the locticians place. I started looking for some near me. A lot of people claim to do locs but have no idea what they are doing.
Nikki came on time and got started. She cleaned my scalp, washed my hair, and then interlocked it.
She didn't try to force me to buy anything and gave me tips on making my hair thicker.
The atmosphere was very clean, nice, and respectful. I will definitely be back!

I took my little girl here and was so pleased with not only the end product but the care and attention they gave to her throughout the process. My little girl is wheelchair dependent so to find someone who is patient and willing to accommodate someone in a wheelchair has been a long time challenge. Nikki and Myesha (hope I’m spelling names right) tag teamed to get her hair done in a timely fashion between their other customers. This experience was so much better than experiences I have had in other salons. I’m so glad I gave Joni’s Beauty Bar a chance because they exceeded my expectations. They provided a beautiful/clean atmosphere, sweet/caring staff, other customers present were friendly and accommodating, great styles, great prices with no need for guessing because it’s all written out on the website, and creative membership program that offers discounts. I like this place so much that I already booked my daughter’s next appointment and I will be making my appt also. See you guys in 2 weeks. 😊❤️

This place is no better than any other hair and nail place and WAY over priced. They advertise that they open and accept walkins on saturdays. We were infront of the store at 9:30am on a saturday, and they were closed. We called up and they told us we had to schedule an appointment. Then they started charging us for things that other nail places do for free.
