I've been coming here for 8 years now for my eyebrows. I always go to Lisa. She knows exactly what I want and is very good with details. Lisa never makes my eyebrows too thin or irritated. She's extremely nice, professional, and quick. I usually call before coming to make sure she's in so I can make my way down to the salon. The price is great too!

I have been going here for months and they have absolutely never failed me. They get you in, pamper you and get you out. Not to mention their work last for at least 3 weeks. I enjoy how peaceful it is every time I go.

I use to frequent this salon every 2 weeks a year ago. I stop going due to rude behavior or polish not lasting. Today I returned and was services by Lisa who did a great job. Lisa was extremely pleasant today. The tech who did my pedicure DID NOT speak English at all. Point and see for services. The polish on my toes turned black on 3 separate tries. I asked to have the polish changed. Tech became upset begin to speak in native language. The owners and children do good work but the overall service is a challenge. Now I remember why I stopped doing. Lisa did apologize and advised me to call for her prior to my next visit. I will attempt another visit become I totally rule them out.

I moved in the area May 2016 and have been going to this nail shop periodically throughout the years. Usually when I go I have Lisa do my nails. She is great! She is very precise when filing my nails. I wrote my initial review over my experience with other nail techs that don't usually do my nails therefore I have decided to revise my review. I'd recommend going to Lisa she always does a great job.

This place has horrible customer service with the exception of Lisa. The owner is rude, yells at customers, wants to do what he wants when you tell him what you want! The owner is unprofessional and doesn't know how to communicate nor run a business. I will not and would not recommend this shop to anyone AT ALL!! And those that I have referred here STOP GOING, this establishment doesn't deserve our time nor money.
